I used to help with DevOps-related conferences in Russia as a Program Committee member. They were Highload++ in Moscow, DevOops in St. Petersburg, RIT++ festival, DevOpsConf. I saw the presentations which nobody will see.
For many years I'm focusing on building high-performance SRE teams. I have years of experience of nuturing the talents, enabling the grow and helping to achieve the goals. I care about the people personally and believe in a respectful direct feedback.
Becides leadership experience, I have deep knowledge of Linux internals to run services with 24x7x365 availability requirement. The most of my technical skills are related to the following areas: Linux, automation with Python and scripting, Configuration Management (Puppet, Chef, Ansible), Docker and Kubernetes, Postgresql.

I joined Booking.com as a team leader for the Configuration Management team. Nowadays, I'm leading two teams, which responsible for high-critical high-loaded services. Before joining Booking.com, I was for about 10 years in a startup called Ecwid.com. With Ecwid itself and it's awesome team, I grew from part-time System Administrator to Head of IT Operations department responsible to whole production and development infrastrucutre.
